ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN

HOW TO ENTER EXHIBITS:

1.   REGISTRATION – Entries are OPEN and close 8^th August at midnight.     
 Junior paraders are to be entered on the day of the Event.

2.   Entries are to be completed on the supplied Entry form and to be emailed to scott@rolypark.com.au.

The Schedule and Entry Forms are available below.

3.   Correct and full payment is due at the time entries are submitted.

4.   All payments to be made by direct debit (details on Entry Form).

5.   A remittance must be provided with the copy of your Entry Form.

6.   Late entries or on the day entries will NOT be accepted, except for the Junior Paraders.

7.   Exhibitors are required to provide a NHD & NVD to Bec Wickham prior to event start.

8.   Please ensure all animal details on Entry Form are correct and complete.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
1.  Security of Animals: All male cattle over 12 months shall be rung through the nose and at all times are to be led by such ring (this includes coming off the truck). All female cattle must be led with nose dogs in at all times.

 2.  Leading age, for handling bulls over the age of 12months, must be 15 years or older. All exhibitors of male beef cattle must provide neck straps or neck ropes as well as halters for tethering.

3.   Competition in all classes is restricted to purebred animals, which are registered in their respective Herd Books or Calf Registers. An inspector may examine the tattoo marks for all stock exhibited and if any animal is incorrectly branded it will be disqualified.

4.   Competitors must wear their breed uniform, including solid shoes or boots or cannot enter judging ring.

5.   Age of the cattle is as at the first day of the show - Saturday 16th August.

6.   No dogs allowed on site or in Pavilion/Cattle Shed.
