Expressions of Interest are now open.

There is limited availability for food vendors due to power restraints. We also try not to double up on food types to prevent multiples of the same selections at the event, making it fairer for the Traders.

TRADE SITE APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN

Community Groups

These sites are for local community run groups and NFP organisations. Sites are situalted in the main trade area on the Showgrounds.

Groups wanting to be on Tyntynder Oval please apply through Trade Sites-Tyntynder Oval tab.

Local Market Stall Sites

These sites are available to local, small, home-based traders with products sold at Farmer's Markets or local markets ONLY. Traders must be available for both days and must be open during full Show hours.

Trade Sites - Main Trade Area

Trade Sites for businesses to promote and/or sell direct to public. These sites are on the Showgrounds, in the main food and trade area.

VERY LIMITED POWER AVAILABLE, so please look at alterative meausres.

Trade Sites - Tyntynder Oval

Tyntynder Oval is usually full of cars and machinery, along with Yard Dog Competitions, camel rides and more. Larger sites are available on this oval. Community Groups are also welcome to have sites on this Oval.

Please note: All trade sites are now required to pay a 50% deposit of your site fee to secure your site.

Food Vendors will be selected by the Society, and all applicants will be notified of the outcome.
